Premio Combat Prize

I’m Bart Wijsman (1987, The Netherlands). After having studied Media & Culture and Philosophy at the University of Amsterdam, I now live in Brussels, where I study Audiovisual Arts at Sint-Lukas University College of Art and Design. I write, film and take pictures.My films often revolve around the different ways in which man tries to give meaning to the world. In these films I believe in the necessity of a modest form that’s always motivated by the content. I believe that poetry tells more than prose. I believe that a moment of truth reveals itself in a flash.
