Artwork description / Biography

”Anemone” evokes the hand of man in climate change, which has caused the warming of our oceans and the destruction and bleaching of coral around the world. From afar, the piece appears to be a bleached anemone, but upon approach one sees that each protrusion is a human finger. The fingers point outward, accusing, blaming, addressing the viewer. Who is culpable? Who will take responsibility?
