Descrizione Opera / Biografia
”Two princes” is an associative video-collage, where different emotional-states are being reflected. They polarize back and forth from tragedy to naive, and could be interpreted and viewed in various ways. In my video-work I tend to combine found-footage from various sources with my own camera-work. The works appear playful and innocent in nature, are however not often very light and easy to approach as they become both emotionally and medial charged.
Vesa Metsä-Ketelä is a finnish-born artist, who works with various media. He studies since 2011 photography and media in Bielefeld, Germany, where he lives and works.
