Horst Richard Schrettner
Born in Austria 1943, this painter and musician completed his artistic training in Innsbruck.
He lives and works in Germany by the Tegernsee.
The incredible colours and shapes of the universe have always fascinated Schrettner.
In keeping with this, he has created a series of pictures entitled ”Time and Space”.

To deepen the illusion for the viewer even further, Schrettner has equipped some of his works with electronic optical fibres. As such the stars effectively glisten from between other celestial bodies.

Schrettner`s images invite you to dream, creating a kind of meditative pull that you can barely resist.

The forms of presentation appeal to all those viewing the pictures, to see the world not only with the eyes, but with the omnipotence of fantasy - with Monet`s brusque brushwork, in Dali`s dreams, with Picasso`s forms - the set of tools and abstractive power of an Albert Einstein.

Schrettner`s career to the present day has been accompainied by numerous international exhibitions, in public spaces, art fairs and in galleries.
