Premio Combat Prize

The painter and graphic artist, living in Schladming / Austria, has two preferences, the examination of his living environment and Friedensreich Hundertwasser.
In his colorful tempera work, he is dealing intensively with the myth of Friedensreich Hundertwasser and shows the meditative side of this artist. His work could also be seen as modern mandala.
They offer the opportunity to venture into the ”Interior” of the Viewer. You can create a force field which one can escape difficult.
Herbert Bauer learned his ”trade” by Prof. Otto Brunner, Prof. F. Rogler and Prof. R. Kriesche.
2004, awarded “Goldenes Ehrenzeichen des Landes Steiermark”.
Herbert Bauer is member of the association BIENNALE AUSTRIA, member of the KÜNSTLERBUND GRAZ and Honor of the “Goldenes Ehrenzeichen des Landes Steiermark”.
His works are in many public and private collections.
