Descrizione Opera / Biografia


Hannah Quinlivan graduated Dux from The Australian National University School of Art in 2011. She has received numerous awards and commendations, including the $55,000 Shire of East Pilbara Residency Award in 2014, the Cox Prize for sculpture, in 2013 and the Peter & Lena Karmel Award from The Australian National University in 2011. In 2013 she held solo exhibitions in Singapore, Melbourne and Fukuoka, Japan. In 2014 she will hold solo exhibitions in Berlin, Melbourne and Sydney, as well as group shows in regional galleries and the Melbourne Art Fair. In July 2014, she will resume her on-going mentorship with Monika Grzymala in Berlin. Her work has been collected by the National Gallery of Australia, Deakin University, the Australian High Commission, Singapore and The Australian National University, among others. Hannah Quinlivan is represented by Flinders Lane Gallery, Melbourne.
