Descrizione Opera / Biografia


I am studied ballet, contemporary dance and fine arts in Bogota D.C., Colombia. In November 2006 I participated with the group CandelarioBueno, on la VI Bienal de Venecia de Bogota and we were granted with the first Honorable Mention. In December 2007, my work ”Manuela Send me a letter” was selected in El ConcursoNacional de Intervenciones promoted by la SecretariaDistrital de Cultura y Turismo de Bogota D.C., and obtained other Honorable Mention. I participated on VI and VII Salon de Imagen Regional delBanco de la Republica and exhibited on MuseoBolivariano de Arte Contemporáneo, La Alianza Colombo Francesa y The museum at la Universidad del Magdalena and The Exhibition Hall of the Spanish Cooperation Agency several times, among others. The piece ”Manuela send to me a letter” is part of the permanent collection at Museo Bolivar on la Habana – Cuba. In 2012 my performance gestosmínimos was selected by ”the showcase” de Lugar a Dudas in the city of Cali and awarded by them. I was also selected for the VII Pavilion Artecámara of International Art Fair ARTBO Bogota, with the piece Nomad.
