Angelika Prapa is a Greek-Austrian contemporary artist. Born in Graz , Austria she moved to Greece as a Child, where she lives and works now. After completing her studies in comparative literature and psychology, she worked as a writer of books on didactics and psychology - medicine while, because of her personal passion ,she was exploring different modules in art. After a certain point ,it was a necessity for her to deal with life and reality through art .

Her interest in painting led her to the path of academic training at the Department of Fine and Applied Arts of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece, of which she graduated with excellence. Her studies, her professional experience and the influence of different disciplines gave her the fruitful field to focus on the perception and interpretation of the world that surrounds and integrate her, as the main subject of her artworks. At the same time the cultural contrast between the ‘North’ and the ‘South’ increased her interest and curiosity to confront the key question of existence.
She participated in many exhibitions in Greece and Europe , organized several projects and had four solo Exhibitions

Like an antique theater poster but on the other hand in the same logic of a todays comic, this painting is composed by smaller paintings and all together are telling the hole story . In the center of the scean a theater stage is waiting for the play to perform and on the windows around I put the particles which I considered as important. The main goal is the game between the viewer and the creator to combine and create by himself the meaning and the combination possibilities as a question game to himself .
