These birds are named Say’s Phoebes found in the Arizona desert. They are hovering over a succulent called Euphoria Tirucalli commonly known as Fire Plant or Fire Sticks. The Fire plant changes color according to the temperature or climate and varies in shades from green and yellow to bright red.
