My work shows my reflection on transience. You see knitted material; it’s a human surface which is translucent, not dense and vulnerable to damage. In my work some of the surfaces have already started to dissolve others are still intact.
If you look more closely you also can follow the drawn line with your eyes. Observers are able to trace back the progress of time. So I can visualize and store something which is normally invisible: time. But perhaps nothing is consistent – not even the passing of time.
