Premio Combat Prize

Giordano Magnani born in Parma on the 30 June of 1994. After having done a course at the art institute in his native city, where he incountered the graphic world of the engravings of Paolo Toschi and the type created by the great tipographer Gian Battista Bodoni He decided to continue Art at the accademia di belle arti in Florence studying Grafic design.
The work of Giordano Magnani is often inspired by various modern artistic movements, such as; minimalism, Informal and abstract Art to name a few. the more evident influence is that of Informal Art, utulizing the marks, lines and the expressive aspects that render the image powerfull.
Thus we find in these works a bucolic mixture of elements estranged from different sources which He unites with a personal sensibility and a fragile method of expression, developed through continuos experimentation in various tecniques of printmaking.
Giordano Magnani continues on, creating and experementing frequenty to define all the more, his Artictic path.
