Artwork description / Biography
Du Lin was born in Seoul, South Korea in 1962. Growing up, the artist couldn’t have any supports from her parents regarding her pursuit of art. Her dream was totally rejected by her family. She was forced not to go to art school due to the financial problem, and after that, she got a depression. She couldn’t move. At that time, she once gave up. However, she couldn’t let her dream down still. After a few decades, she now tries again to spread her passion. She won over her depression with her dream. Now, it’s time for her to spread her that dream.
